We’ve inspected these items to ensure that they are in excellent condition, but will reinspect them before packing them for shipping.
In order to be ecologically responsible we use recycled materials (boxes and packing material) to pack your parcel. Once you have paid the order, we ship the parcel within 24 hours. In terms of shipping, we have been very satisfied with Canada Post because they deliver on time. We are also proud to report we haven’t lost even one of the thousands of parcels shipped through them over the years. Within North America you can expect the parcel to take between 5-10 business days.
If you prefer picking up the parcel in person in Montreal, we will be pleased to accommodate your request. In that case, we will refund the shipping cost directly to your credit card or Paypal account. Please inform us of your intention to “pick-up” in the comments section of the order.
