All items we have listed as being in excellent condition have no chips, no cracks, no crackling/crazing of the glaze, no wear to gold trim, no dulling of the glaze, nor discolouration of the colours in the pattern. As can be expected from items that have been lovingly used, some of the plates will have fine surface scratching that can only be seen when inspected in reflected light.

China “Made in England” reserves the right (but not the obligation) within its Terms and Conditions to remove or edit content of any reviews or comments, but does not regularly review posted content. If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant China “Made in England” and its associates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant China “Made in England” and its associates and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose.
China “Made in England” guarantees for loss in the unlikely event that items are lost during shipping except for reasons relating to purchaser neglect or errors in picking up parcels. The purchaser would need to advise China “Made in England” about non-arrival of a parcel to most destinations within a reasonable time of 14 days after shipping.
China “Made in England” and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, China “Made in England” does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. All items are re-inspected before being packed and shipped.
In the unlikely event that a discrepancy with the product description on the website is discovered, the purchaser will be notified and options will be offered, including withdrawing that item from the purchase order. Please note that items with a .1 suffix as in RA-OER-30.1 indicates that there is slight wear to the item, usually to gold or platinum rim. Most of these items will also have a description of the wear on the listing. If a product shipped by China “Made in England” is not as described when it is unpacked, the purchaser must contact us within a reasonable time of 10 days. China “Made in England” could require that refunded item be returned in unused condition.
APPLICABLE LAW IN CASE OF DISPUTES
By visiting China “Made in England” you agree that the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and China “Made-in-England” or its associates. Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to our web-site or to products you purchase through China “Made in England” shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Quebec, Canada.
